Fondant Mix

Ingredients: Fondant Mix

Preparation: Fondant Mix

Melt the chocolate and butter together.

Ingredients: Fondant Mix

  • 150 g
    Egg
  • 40 g
    Egg yolk
  • 85 g
    caster sugar

Preparation: Fondant Mix

Whisk the eggs, yolks and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Fold the egg mix into the melted chocolate butter mix.

  • 50 g
    plain flour
  • 2 g
    orange zest

Preparation: Fondant Mix

Fold in the sieved flour and orange zest.

Leave in fridge for 30 min until set. 

Line 8 small rings with silicon paper to just over the edge of the ring.

Pipe in the mix 75g each.

Bake in a fan oven on 180oc for 8 mins (Times and temperatures will vary from oven to oven.
