    caster sugar

    self-raising flour

Add the Callebaut Gold Chocolate Callets.

Weight and separate into 80g balls and shape into round discs. 

Place onto a silicon matt on a baking tray and bake for 9-10 minutes at 170c.

Leave to cool.
