The CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ São Paulo occupies 473 m², practically an entire floor of Barry Callebaut's headquarters on Paulista Avenue. The structure is composed of a state-of-the-art industrial kitchen, with individual marble benches for chocolate tempering, besides all the equipment and utensils present in the best international schools. There is also an auditorium, changing room, and a café, where meals are served to students who participate in intensive courses.
