His innovative approach to baking, his dedication to exploring ingredient interactions and his desire to improve his own knowledge while sharing that with those around him will make him an invaluable asset to our team. With his exceptional talent and passion for the art of baking, Chef Dufour is set to lead the Academy into a new era of delicious creations and unparalleled customer experiences.

I have been using the chocolate baton from Cacao Barry since I was 10 years old working in my uncle's bakery. I would never have believed that I would be joining such an incredible team and it is my privilege to represent the bakery world within Barry Callebaut.
