Congratulations to Chef Dimitri Fayard! As of November 21, 2022 he will assume the role of Lead Chef, Chocolate Academy™ North America. In his new role, he will lead the Chef Teams at Chocolate Academy™ Centers in Chicago, Montreal, and the soon-to-open location in New York City.

About Chef Dimitri

Chef Dimitri has nearly 30 years of experience in pastry and chocolate and has received numerous awards and accolades over the course of his career. Most notably, he was named World Pastry Champion in 2008, in 2009, he was admitted as Academician into the Academie Culinaire de France, and was a finalist for the MOF in 2011.

Chef Dimitri is taking over the role from Chef Lauren V Haas. We wish Chef Lauren the best of luck in her future endeavors!
