The CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center, which is built in 2008, offers
special and tailor made courses (practice and theory) and
demonstrations for Chocolatiers, Patissiers and Bakers.
The courses are given by the head of our CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center, Technical Advisor Ton Jongejan and our 3 Callebaut Ambassadors. They all have their own expertise, which means a high quality of the courses and demonstrations.
