This program is designed for everyone who wishes to learn about classic bakery applications like Tarts, Moist Tea Cakes, Brownies & Cookies. 

The two-day program focuses on providing in-depth knowledge about the art of baking, science behind ingredients and techniques which will help you perfect results across different creations. 

The class will cover essential skills such as making a perfect tart shell, emulsified ganaches, fillings, garnishes and basic flavor pairings with the Finest Belgian Chocolate to help gain a deeper understanding of crafting indulgent recipes with chocolate. 

You will get to learn, practice and perfect your skills under the guidance of our Chefs.

Course Content:

  • 4 Tarts : Ganache Based, Baked Filling Based, Mousse Based, Layered Entremet Style      
  • Variety of flavours from dark chocolate, seasonal fresh fruits, classic flavour pairings etc. 
  • 3 Travel Cakes - Loaf Style & Cube Cake
  • 2 Cookies - Crinkle, Biscotti

Learn 9 in depth products with over 20 recipes in 2 days with more than half egg free recipes.             

All recipes and products are specially curated for the course. 

(The course cost covers lunch, a recipe book, tempering guide, chocolate academy apron and certificate)

TIMING: 9:00am to 6:00pm BATCH: Our batches are limited to 10 students. Providing an individual workspace and one-on-one guidance from our Chefs.
