Ingredients: Chocolate tart shell (sable dairy free)
200 gvegan butter
180 gSifted Icing Sugar
460 gcake flour
20 gcorn starch
Preparation: Chocolate tart shell (sable dairy free)
- Combine the butter with the sifted icing sugar. Mix using a tabletop mixer with a paddle attachment.
- Roll out the dough to a 3mm thickness and shape as desired.
- Allow the dough to rest for 2 hours.
- Bake at 165°C for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: NXT M_LK CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL
3,5 gFlake salt
25 gvegan butter
Preparation: NXT M_LK CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL
- Bring the mixture to 185°C and cook it into a caramel.
- Heat the water to glaze the caramel. Bring everything to 105°C.
- Add the chocolate, butter, and salt, and emulsify to make a ganache.
- Place the ganache in a tart case and let it set.
- Decorate with shavings and cocoa powder.
