Preparation: Long live mr peanut
- Melt the chocolate and Cocoa Butter together and temper.
- Mix the peanut paste, roasted peanuts, salt and Croquant, then fold into the chocolate batter.
- Pour evenly into moulds and allow to crystallize for 20 minutes.
