Preparation: Chocolate Cookies Dough
- Mix the softened butter with brown sugar and the oil.
- Add the whole eggs.
- When you have a homogeneous mix, add the dry items previously sieved.
- Bake in a ventilated oven at 175°C for 9 minutes.
