Preparation: Lemon short bread
- Combine all ingredients together in mixer with paddle attachment and knead dough until is combined.
- Roll dough inbetween 2 baking papers on 1,5mm. Put in chiller to rest 2h.
- Cut dough on 3cm x 1,5cm.
- Bake dough inbetween 2 silpan on 160°C 8min.
