Ingredients: Lemon short bread

  • 125 g
  • 55 g
    Icing sugar
  • 180 g
  • 5 g
    Lemon zest
  • 10 g
    Lemon juice

Preparation: Lemon short bread

  1. Combine all ingredients together in mixer with paddle attachment and knead dough until is combined.
  2. Roll dough inbetween 2 baking papers on 1,5mm. Put in chiller to rest 2h.
  3. Cut dough on 3cm x 1,5cm.
  4. Bake dough inbetween 2 silpan on 160°C 8min.
