Aggiungere agli stampi.

Cuocere a 160°C per 40 minuti.

Sciogliere

    olio di semi d'uva
  • 2 g
    burro liquido PF28

Aggiungere e mescolare bene

    fiocchi di lampone

Preparation: Glassa al cioccolato ruby

Incorporare 

Versare in un recipiente, sigillare con la pellicola e mantenere in frigo. Scaldare a 35°C prima di utilizzare. Lasciare raffreddare e glassare. Lasciare cristallizzare.
