Chocolate Academy™ Chicago welcomes Callebaut's newest Ambassador, Devin D. Cowan (Boca Raton, FL) of the Polo Club of Boca Raton.

You may recognize Chef Devin as Chef Amaury's assistant from "School of Chocolate" on Netflix. Chef Devin also competed in the USA National Selection of World Chocolate Masters in 2017.
