We're thrilled to launch our 11th edition of Junior Chocolate Masters with the theme 'Best of British'

"Best of British" celebrates the very best of British culture, heritage, and craftsmanship, continually evolving and thriving in the world of food and drink.

It’s about honouring traditional British flavours with a fresh and modern twist. It’s about blending local ingredients, sustainable practices, and creative takes on classic dishes. This movement not only highlights what makes British food so unique, but also embraces the rich multicultural influences that have shaped Britain’s culinary scene. The diverse cultures that define modern Britain are infusing exciting new flavours and ideas, giving British cuisine a dynamic, global edge.

A growing focus on supporting local farmers, producers, and makers has sparked a revival of British-grown ingredients such as heritage vegetables, wild herbs, and native fruits. Sustainability and local sourcing are now at the heart of what consumers look for — food that’s not just British, but responsibly produced.
