Chef Amanda Lim has stepped in to fill the role of Head Chef at the Chocolate Academy™ Center in Singapore. Previously, the role was held by Chef Seung Yun Lee, who will continue to represent Barry Callebaut as a brand ambassador.

Chef Amanda started with Chocolate Academy™ as a Technical Advisor in 2015.
