Chef Morel has been the Canadian World Chocolate Master two times and he was a finalist in the MOF competition. Known worldwide for his talent for chocolate sculptures and chocolate confections, he teaches around the world giving courses in many different countries.

The three-day program focuses on a wide variety of applications which are based on new trends and recipes like: snack bars, bonbons, dragees.
