    baking soda
  • 5 g
    Baking powder
  • 40 g
    Butter
  • 50 g
    Egg
  • 2 g
    sugar
  • 55 g
    Flour
  • 75 g
    Brown sugar
  • 1 piece(s)
    Lemon zest

Preparation: Recipes and the usage

  1. Soak dates in hot water and  baking soda fer 20 minutes. 
  2. Then add egg, vanilla, lemon  zest, brown sugar and melted  butter, mix well.
  3. Add the baking powder & flour to the mix. 

Chocolate Tart Dough

Ingredients: Chocolate Tart Dough

  • 300 g
    Butter
  • 175 g
    Icing sugar
  • 75 g
    almond powder
  • 100 g
    Egg
  • 440 g
    Flour
  • 2 g
    Vanilla
  • 60 g
    CP

Preparation: Chocolate Tart Dough

  1. Mix lcing sugar with butter for 30 minutes in the machine.
  2. Once mixed well, add rest of the ingredients and continue mixing for 5 minutes. 
  3. Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes. 

Vanilla Ganache

Preparation: Vanilla Ganache

  1. Boil whipping cream and glucose together After, add white chocolate and Vanilla Powder.
