Chef Davide is the chef/owner of Davide Comaschi Chocolates in Milan, Italy. He has worked extensively with Callebaut's innovative dairy-free chocolate, NXT, and was one of the teams of chefs behind Cacao Barry's revolutionary WholeFruit Chocolate.
