Her training was built in the field, working side by side with nationally and internationally renowned masters and participating in numerous advanced training courses and competitions in the sector.

Today she works as a consultant throughout Italy, offering support to both artisan workshops and large multinational companies specializing in the distribution of semi-finished products and raw materials for pastry making.

Among her most popular creations are monumental cakes and spectacular chocolate subjects, which combine technique, precision and great expressive power. Her deep knowledge of raw materials, combined with natural manual ability and a strong creativity, make each of her creations unique and surprising, capable of astonishing even the most demanding palates and eyes.

Driven by a strong passion and a great desire to share her experience, Elisabetta also enthusiastically dedicates herself to training.
