Born in 1983, near Kyiv, Igor grew up under his mother’s influence, head of confectionery in a local bakery. His childhood dream was to become a chef, a dream that came true with chocolate. After gaining experience with baking and chocolate, Igor found his place as a pastry chef in La Maison Warsaw, and then in 2019 he started pastry school “Warsaw Academy of Pastry Arts” by Sempre, where he teaches people to make a variety of confectionery including work with chocolate.
