Preparation: Banana Bread
- Using a paddle attachment, mix the bananas and sugar
- Sift the dry ingredients together
- Alternate the cream, oil with the sifted dry ingredients
- Finally add the eggs one at a time
- Fold in the Butterscotch crunch and chocolate chunks
- Fill 3 loaves
- Bake at 170°C for 35 minutes
- Cool on a wire rack
