In this advanced course, you will explore the world of building showpieces that is ideal for professionals with a desire to compete or take their artistic skills to the next level.

Chef Christophe will share his knowledge and craftsmanship with a beautiful showpiece design showcasing some of his signature techniques. He will demonstrate the application and then students will replicate and construct their own sculpture based on his display and theme of the Chicago Bulls. This three-day class will be immersed in chocolate through a variety of techniques such as carving, shaping, coloring, spraying, casting & building a beautiful chocolate showpiece.

It's highly recommended to have some kind of experience in chocolate showpiece-making.

シェフコートは各自でご用意ください。パンツ（ジーンズまたは無地のウェア）。

キャンセルポリシー
15日未満のキャンセルの場合、返金やクレジットはお受けできません。
15日以上45日以内にキャンセルされた場合、次回受講時に利用できる50%のクレジットバウチャーを差し上げます。
45日以前のキャンセルの場合、次回以降のクラスで使用できる100%のクレジットバウチャーを差し上げます。
