Features a unique roasted hazelnut flavor and brown color, made with non-hydrogenated fats. Ideal for filling tortes, pastries, petits fours, and chocolate truffles. Can also be used for coating tortes and pastries. Compatible with nuts, dried fruit, and Carma flavor pastes.
