Ton started in 1975 with a baker's training "Consumptive technique Bread and Pastry". Afterwards he followed a horeca chef training. He worked in several renowned star restaurants such as De Hoge Heerlijkheid*, Restaurant La Villette*, Restaurant Le Coq D'Or*, Restaurant Gasterie Delfshaven, .... In 1986 Ton started at Hoogenboom Benelux. Since then, he has specialized in giving demonstrations and workshops for the Chocolate Academy Netherlands. Ton is a dynamic personality with many creative ideas. His knowledge and large dose of humor ensure that his courses and workshops guarantee an unforgettable day.
