Our Head Chef, Juan Pablo Colubri, will give you an insight into his ideology for plated desserts. Juan will guide you through the recipes and techniques and you will learn the applications and functionality of the ingredients in the recipes.
The course is designed to be used in fine dining, banqueting, as well as casual dining.
