The CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center, built in 2008, offers special and customized courses (practical and theoretical) and demonstrations for Chocolatiers, Pastry Chefs and Bakers.
The courses are taught by the head of our CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center, Technical Advisor Ton Jongejan and our 3 Callebaut Ambassadors. They all have their own expertise, which means high quality courses and demonstrations.
