Jenny McCoy is an Academy Chef for the Chicago Chocolate Academy.

Prior to joining Barry Callebaut, Jenny has been a pastry chef and director for world renowned chefs and restaurant groups in Chicago, New Orleans, and New York City.

Jenny has created consumer packaged goods for national food and retail brands; authored two cookbooks, “Desserts for Every Season” and “Modern Eclairs;” and has mentored many of our next generation of pastry chefs as a culinary school instructor.

Her work has been featured in numerous television, digital, and print outlets across the country.
