Fascinated by the world of pastry from a very young age, Chong Ko Wai completed his professional training in Malaysia and chose international competitions to showcase his talent, philosophy and approach to pastry, specializing in artistic creations, fusion pastry and chocolate.
On the international scene, Chong has the opportunity to deal with the most successful pastry chefs in the world, with whom a relationship of mutual esteem is established.
Chong is among the most successful trainers on the Asian scene; in 2019 he founded Texture by C3, together with his colleague and world champion Lawrence Bobo.
