Karin is a trained master baker, chocolatier and certified chocolate sommelier. She manages the Steinhoff bakery, a family business with a total of 7 branches.

Karin's creed is artisanal, natural baking with the best ingredients - including her chocolate, of course!

In her role as a chocolate sommelier, Karin has also appeared several times on television. There she showed how to work with Ruby chocolate, presented using her delicious Ruby Krossies. During the Christmas season, she also demonstrated a great praline recipe with speculoos and nougat.
