Cookie Dough

Ingredients: Cookie Dough

  • 60 g
    butter
  • 50 g
    caster sugar
  • 150 g
    brown sugar
  • 50 g
    Egg
  • 250 g
    plain flour
  • 2 g
    baking powder
  • 2 g
    salt
  • 40 g
    823‐E4
  • 40 g
    W2‐E4
  • 40 g
    811‐E4

Preparation: Cookie Dough

Beat the butter and sugars together
Add the flour, baking powder and salt
Add the egg and just before the dough comes together add the chocolate chunks
Beat to a smooth dough
Take 65g balls, roll and then flatten
Add the filling and shape the dough around 
Place into a 7cm muffin tin
Bake at 180c for 14-16 minutes

Preparation: Filling

Mix the ingredients together
Pipe approximately 20g into a silicon mould and freeze
