Clare joined the UK Chocolate Academy in 2015 after working with small artisan chocolatiers. She is 100% plant based and has a passion for developing new vegan and allergen free recipes, concepts and products. Clare completed a masters degree in clinical nutrition in 2021 and loves to bring this science into the development of new products and inspirational concepts.
