  1. In a saucepan add cream, milk, inverted sugar and vanilla.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cool down to 75°C.
  4. Allow it to melt naturally for two minutes.

  6. Emulsify using blender carefully and avoid making air bubbles.
  7. Pour into jars at 32°C.
