Class Size: Our class sizes are mostly a small group of 8-10 people which allows our chefs and technical advisors to give personal attention to each participant. All workshops are held at our Chocolate Academy™ center in Athens.
Class time: Classes are held from 8:30 to 16.30.
Meal Included: Lunch is provided.
Cancellation policy: Full refund will be provided if you cancel 30 days or more prior to the first day of the class you have registered to attend. If you cancel before 14 days of the start of your class, you will receive a credit which you can use toward a future class within a year from the cancellation date. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to class, you will receive a refund for half the price of the class and will not be eligible for a credit. The Chocolate Academy™ center reserves the right to cancel any event or to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the program or to the identity of the trainers. The Chocolate Academy™ will not, however, be held responsible for any related expense incurred by the participant.
Allergens: Please advise if you have any special dietary requirements.
Hygiene: Will be updated shortly after the course opening.
Chef coats & Attire: Disposable lab coats and hats are provided; we would however ask that you wear sensible flat footwear.
Photography & Video: Cameras are allowed during Hands-On. Usage will be limited to photography or short video as capturing full video of the course is prohibited.
Lockers: Students are provided with lockers in our locker rooms. Students can use this room to change into uniform and also to store personal belongings during class.
The Chocolate Academy™ centre reserves the right to photograph anyone attending courses at the Chocolate Academy™. These photographs may be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear on such publications please let us know so that we can ensure your picture does not appear on our communication material.
