1. Heat the puree with sugar and lyophilized raspberry powder.
2. Add in gelatine mix.
3. Fill the molds.
4. Freeze.

150 gRed colored sugar décor paste
Preparation: Cocoa butter glaze
1. Melt all the ingredients together.
2. Temper to 30*C.
