The Chocolate Academy NYC is excited to welcome Jonathan Pereira, Executive Pastry Chef, Four Seasons Hotel New York, for this exclusive demo on his signature pastries!

Chef Jonathan's inspiration comes from training in Puerto Rico under Chef Mari Blanca, his stints at luxury hotels such as The Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental, his travels to Singapore, Hong Kong, Spain and more and his tutelage under such chefs like Yann Migault and Paco Roncero. During this seated demo, Chef Jonathan will demonstrate and share recipes for his Guava Lemon Verbena Danish, Rosemary Caramel Brownie Croissant and Tonka Chocolate Parisian Flan. Attendees will be able to taste all of these products, interact with the chef during the demo, and network with each other following the conclusion of the demonstration.
