The Chocolate Academy NYC is excited to welcome Kevin Clemenceau, Executive Pastry Chef, The Plaza Hotel, for this exclusive demo featuring recipes from The Palm Court's iconic Afternoon Tea service!

 

Chef Kevin will be demonstrating recipes for his classic scone with Callebaut White Chocolate Devonshire Whipped Ganache and miniature pistachio tart made with Cacao Barry Pistachio Praline.

 

Attendees will be able to taste these products, interact with the chef during the demo, taste some Callebaut and Cacao Barry chocolates and network with each other following the conclusion of the demonstration.
