Arno Ralph started his humble beginnings in the small town of Cradock in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. 

His passion in the kitchen started at a young age, and led him to work in top establishments. From 5 Star establishments like One and Only, to chocolate and confectionary at Lindt and Sprungli. 

Arno’s competitive spirit has led him to taking part in several culinary competitions, culminating in him representing South Africa at the 2016 IKA Culinary Olympics. Also, in the Global Pastry Chefs Challenge 2022, at the Global Chefs Congress in Abu Dhabi. 

Arno’s love for pastry and chocolate, alongside his drive to be the best he can, pushes him to achieve excellence in everything he does!
