Matthias Ludwigs – long time standing member of Chocolate Amabassadors` Club in Germany. Trained as both a savoury chef and pastry chef, he received numerous awards for his pastry skills. Matthias is the Owner of French pastry shop “TörtchenTörtchen” in Cologne/Germany and book author on numerous pastry and baking books.
He has been giving classes in CA Cologne since its beginning. His classes are usually sold out within weeks of publishing.
Matthias was also part of the jury in the 2018 World Chocolate Masters.
