Expert Chocolatier Alexandre Bourdeaux will deep dive into the world of Vegan
Confections and explore the different possibilities vegan offers in confectionary.
In these 3 days of class, students will go through all dairy alternatives and turn delicious
threats into Vegan.
We will create our own White Vegan chocolate that will be used during different
applications. Alexandre will explain how to replace very important ingredients in a recipe
to achieve a Vegan product. Most of the products are also Plant-Based.
Course agenda
Welcome coffee break: 8:00
Workshop hours: 08:30-13:00, 14:00-17:00
Lunch break: 13:00 - 14:00, Lunch is provided*

Class size is from 8 to 12 people.
Class is from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm- You will receive an email confirmation prior to
course date.
