The Chicago Chocolate Academy is thrilled to welcome the director of the Milan Chocolate Academy, Alberto Simionato, for an advanced course on nut-based confections.
During this three-day course, Chef Alberto will explore the world of anhydrous chocolate products, typical of Italian confectionary tradition. You will dive into gianduja, snacks, spreads and more products which are easy to customize and with long shelf lives.
Discover many new solutions to enrich your showcase with contemporary variations on traditional Italian ingredients.
