In this small, hands-on course you'll dive deep into the world of cake decoration, learning the delicate balance of buttercream, the finesse of fondant and the ethereal elegance of wafer paper techniques. Chef Alissa will impart her invaluable expertise, guiding you through each step of the process, from creating a sturdy cake structure to achieving flawless finishes.
By the end of this one-day class, you'll possess the skills to transform simple cake layers into multi-textured masterpieces that will be the centerpiece of any celebration.
