This program is designed for everyone who wishes to learn about classic bakery applications like Tarts, Moist Tea Cakes, Brownies & Cookies.
The two-day program focuses on providing in-depth knowledge about the art of baking, science behind ingredients and techniques which will help you perfect results across different creations.
The class will cover essential skills such as making a perfect tart shell, emulsified ganaches, fillings, garnishes and basic flavor pairings with the Finest Belgian Chocolate to help gain a deeper understanding of crafting indulgent recipes with chocolate.
You will get to learn, practice and perfect your skills under the guidance of our Chefs.

TIMING: 9:00am to 6:00pm BATCH: Our batches are limited to 10 students. Providing an individual workspace and one-on-one guidance from our Chefs.
