Tropical Travel Cake - Online Course
Travel cakes or Gateaux de Voyage as known in French are desserts that could go several days without refrigeration and not get ruined, which make them travel friendly.
In our first online course, we will showcase a Tropical Travel Cake recipe - featuring banana and passion fruit along with milk chocolate
The LIVE course will focus on preparing the batter, baking the cake, filling it with a flavoured ganache and finally covering it with a chocolate based glaze.
