Ryan Stevenson was born in Australia. He graduated from the Southbank Institute in bakery and patisserie. He worked in famous bakery shops and hotels all over the world and he has won numerous competitions in baking and pastry as well as the World Chocolate Masters™ for best praline in Paris in 2009. Till 2020 he was Head Chef of the Chocolate Academy™ Belgium.
