Alfred completed his education at Sparrow Technical College, professional cookery course NQF4.
Business internship NQF1 at Saw Africa Johannesburg.
In 2015 he completed the Pastry Course at H.T.A Culinary School of Art .
Alfred has worked in some of South Africa’s top establishments as a pastry chef.
He has had numerous interviews with media because of his successful start up business and He won the Vaal Youth Mayoral Award in 2013, representing surviving poverty
