We are thrilled to welcome back Alexandre Bourdeaux to teach at the Chocolate Academy in Dubai

During Alexandre’s extensive travels he has acquired knowledge and insights from different cultures and trends which he has translated into his signature range.

Alexandre worked as Head of the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Wieze for 10 years but now has created his own consultancy company "Pastry & Chocadvice" where he continues to share his love and passion for all things chocolate.

  • Class size is from 8 to 12 people.
  • Class is from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm- You will receive an email confirmation prior to course date. 
  • Lunch & apron will be provided. 
  • Confirm your spot- full upfront payment is required prior to arrival.

Upon registration you will receive an email regarding course details to ensure you have enrolled in the correct Master Class based on your level of chocolate (or pastry) knowledge. 

Dress code

The CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center will provide an apron.

You should bring your own chef jacket.

Long pants and ensure you wear comfortable closed shoes.
