Nina Guerra is Technical Advisor for the Chocolate Academy™ Mexico.
She has been working for the company for 5 years. During this years she has had the great opportunity to grow professionally. She started as a coordinator and then became a technical advisor, which is what she is truly passionate about. As a technical advisor she started teaching a lot and she and realized it is one of her favorite activities. She has also been involved in a lot of innovation projects for clients and that is another thing she also enjoys and has learned a lot about the necessities in the market.
