In 2019 he participated at the book “Larousse Greatest Mexican Chefs, Pastry, Bakery and Confectionary”. He has been a Consultant for Clients in the Hotel, Restaurant, Pastry, Bakery and Industrial Manufacturers segments in MexicoHe has given Fine Chocolate courses in countries such as Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Chile and El Salvador.
