Domenica Lazo is the Senior Assistant Applications Chef for the BC Studio in Chicago, IL. After switching over to a plant-based diet Domenica’s passion is ensuring a sustainable, mindful, and healthy indulgence in pastry.  Domenica was named one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America in 2016 by Dessert Professional, and in 2018 Bake Magazine named her one of the nation’s Top Educators. Domenica holds a bachelor’s in Culinary Science and an associate’s degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
