Davide Malizia was born in Rome, but he is of Sicilian origin. He attended the hotel school, immediately showed a strong passion for art and artistic sugar confectionery, who decides to investigate at the highest level working in prestigious hotels in the capital. He attends Italian and foreign schools, including the same CAST Foods, and in 2005 he won the gold medal at the international Massa Carrara in the artistic category, the 2006 World Championship of Luxembourg (4 gold medals), in 2008 the championship International Stuttgart (International Cooking Competition INTERGASTRA) and the prize at the Culinary Trophy. In 2008 he won the only gold medal at the Olympics in Erfurt in the category pastry art for the nation Italy. In 2010 he was a member of the Italy team for the World Cup in America (World Pastry Team Championship Phoenix 2010) where he won the silver medal. Since 2012 is a master AMPI. In 2013, in Rimini, he won the World Championship artistic sugar and the same year the world cup of pastry as a junior coach of the Italian team.
